Before Gordon's Arrival
Rosario bought the restaurant after her son, Gianfranco graduated from culinary school and told her he had always wanted to own a restaurant. He is head chef, but Maurizio, who is the bar manager, believes people like microwave meals more than the restaurant's.

Impressions of the Food
The veal is bland, overcooked and caked in flour. The pasta is also overcooked and drowning in sauce. The mussels has very few mussels in it and he can tell they are frozen. When Gordon asks why this is the case, Giancarlo explains that the mussels were not popular enough for them to buy fresh ones.

Restaurant & Menu Remodel
Gordon works overnight to freshen up the restaurant and give them a new system to work with for new orders.
Final Service
Unhappy customers returned to give the restaurant one last chance, but the staff are overwhelmed. However, in the end it all turns out to be a success, with customers being happy, and willing to return.
After Gordon's Departure
Bella Luna's business increased, but they had issues with their landlord and had to close three months after filming.
